Last fall, Baker Real Estate Incorporated opened a new office in Montreal – Immobiler Baker – and our hunch that this fabulous city was poised for a hot condominium market was right. Our first launch was Onyx Condominiums by developer Mitchell Abrahams and his company Malen Capital. The condominium was incredibly successful, with people lining up around the block to buy. In fact, sales have already exceeded 80 per cent, and construction is underway!
